Die Lieferung erfolgt weltweit durch FedEx. Je nach Bestimmungsland und Verfügbarkeit erfolgt der Versand mit FedEx Priority, FedEx Connect Plus oder FedEx Economy.

Svetazvezda liefert weltweit in alle von FedEx belieferten Länder. Besonders zuverlässig beliefern wir folgende Regionen:

Lieferzeiten

Die Lieferzeiten hängen vom Bestimmungsland ab und werden in Werktagen von Montag bis Freitag, ohne Feiertage, berechnet.

Schweiz und Liechtenstein: 2 bis 3 Arbeitstage
Deutschland, Österreich, Frankreich, Italien, Spanien, Portugal, Belgien, Luxemburg, Niederlande: 3 bis 6 Arbeitstage
Übrige EU-Staaten sowie Norwegen, Island und Großbritannien: 4 bis 7 Arbeitstage
Serbien und weitere Länder der Balkanregion: 4 bis 7 Arbeitstage
USA und Kanada: 4 bis 7 Arbeitstage
Australien und Neuseeland: 5 bis 8 Arbeitstage
Übrige Welt: 5 bis 10 Arbeitstage, je nach Land

Unabhängig vom Bestimmungsland beträgt die allgemeine Lieferfrist für lagernde Produkte in der Regel bis zu 10 Tagen.

Sonderregelungen

Tischläufer und Kissen haben längere Lieferzeiten von 10 bis 14 Tagen.

Produkte, die nicht auf Lager sind, werden nachbestellt und so schnell wie möglich geliefert.

Hinweise

Wir setzen alles daran, die angegebenen Lieferzeiten einzuhalten. Verzögerungen durch Zoll, höhere Gewalt oder externe Faktoren liegen außerhalb unseres Einflusses.

Mit der Übergabe der Ware an das Transportunternehmen geht das Risiko von Verlust oder Beschädigung auf den Kunden über, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.

Wird eine Sendung gemäß Sendungsverfolgung als zugestellt markiert, gilt die Lieferung als erfolgt.

Erfolgt die Zustellung an einen Ablageort, zum Beispiel Briefkasten, Haustüre oder Nachbar, oder aufgrund einer Abstellgenehmigung, geschieht dies auf Risiko des Kunden.

Sollte eine Lieferverzögerung mehr als vier Wochen über den ursprünglich mitgeteilten Termin hinaus andauern, haben Sie das Recht, vom Kauf zurückzutreten. Weitergehende Ansprüche sind ausgeschlossen.

Nicht abgeholte Sendungen

Nicht abgeholte Sendungen werden automatisch an uns zurückgesendet. In diesem Fall behalten wir die Versandkosten für den ursprünglichen Versand ein. Es wird ausschließlich der Warenwert der zurückgesendeten Produkte erstattet.

Рокови испоруке

Рокови испоруке зависе од земље одредишта и рачунају се у радним данима од понедељка до петка, без празника.

Без обзира на земљу одредишта, општи рок испоруке за производе који су на лагеру износи до 10 дана.

Посебне напомене

Стоњаци и јастуци имају дужи рок испоруке од 10 до 14 дана.

Производи који тренутно нису на лагеру биће наручени и испоручени у најкраћем могућем року.

Напомене

Трудимо се да испоштујемо наведене рокове испоруке. Кашњења узрокована царином, вишом силом или другим спољним факторима су ван нашег утицаја.

Предајом пошиљке транспортној служби, ризик од губитка или оштећења прелази на купца, у складу са законом.

Уколико је пошиљка према праћењу означена као достављена, испорука се сматра извршеном.

Уколико се достава изврши на остављено место, као што су поштанско сандуче, испред врата или код комшије, или на основу дозволе за остављање пакета, то се врши на ризик купца.

Уколико кашњење испоруке траје дуже од четири недеље након првобитно наведеног рока, имате право да одустанете од куповине. Даља потраживања су искључена.

Непреузете пошиљке

Непреузете пошиљке се аутоматски враћају нама. У том случају задржавамо трошкове првобитне испоруке. Купцу се враћа искључиво вредност враћених производа.

Worldwide shipping is carried out by FedEx. Depending on the destination country and service availability, shipments are sent via FedEx Priority, FedEx Connect Plus or FedEx Economy.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and are calculated in business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 2 to 3 business days
Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: 3 to 6 business days
Other EU countries as well as Norway, Iceland and the United Kingdom: 4 to 7 business days
Serbia and other Balkan countries: 4 to 7 business days
USA and Canada: 4 to 7 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 5 to 8 business days
Rest of the world: 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination country

Regardless of the destination country, the general delivery time for in-stock products is usually up to 10 days.

Special Regulations

Table runners and pillows have extended delivery times of 10 to 14 days.

Products that are currently out of stock will be reordered and shipped as quickly as possible.

We make every effort to comply with the stated delivery times. Delays caused by customs, force majeure or external factors are beyond our control.

Upon handover of the goods to the transport company, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer to the extent permitted by law.

If a shipment is marked as delivered according to the tracking information, the delivery shall be deemed completed.

If delivery is made to a designated drop-off location, such as a mailbox, doorstep or neighbour, or based on a delivery authorization, this is done at the customer’s risk.

If a delivery delay exceeds four weeks beyond the originally communicated delivery date, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase. Further claims are excluded.

Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments are automatically returned to us. In such cases, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Only the value of the returned products will be refunded.
