Church Calendar 2027 – Official Calendar of the Serbian Orthodox Church

Through our close cooperation with the Serbian Orthodox Church in Serbia, Svetazvezda has been enabled to offer the official Crkveni Kalendar 2027 (Црквени календар 2027). The calendar is published by the Sveti Arhijerejski Sinod Srpske Pravoslavne Crkve – the Holy Synod of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Serbia. Each edition bears a security hologram of the Srpska Pravoslavna Crkva, which identifies the official church edition and serves as a mark of authenticity.

The Crkveni Kalendar accompanies Orthodox Christians throughout the entire church year of 2027. It contains an overview of church holidays and feast days, as well as important information on multi-day and one-day fasts, fast-free weeks, and movable feasts of the year.

Furthermore, the calendar contains important prayers and foundations of the Orthodox faith. These include, among others, the Lord's Prayer (Oče naš), the Prayer to the Most Holy Theotokos, the Creed (Simvol vere), the Ten Commandments of God, the two greatest commandments, the Holy Sacraments, the most important Christian virtues and their opposing deadly sins, as well as the Church commandments.

Thus, the Crkveni Kalendar is far more than an ordinary annual calendar. It combines practical guidance through the church year with prayers and important foundations of the Orthodox faith, making it a valuable companion for prayer, fasting, and daily spiritual life.
