Bogorodičine suze, the Tears of the Theotokos: this is what the Serbian people call the teardrop-shaped seeds of this brojanica. Small transparent beads sit between the seeds, and at the centre is a metal cross showing the Theotokos with the Child. The brojanica is worn on the wrist.

The seeds are a natural material. Grey, green and lighter tones alternate, every bead has its own shape and markings, so each brojanica is unique. A matching long version with 50 beads and a cross is also available.

Worn on the wrist, it accompanies you through the day and reminds you of prayer, even where a long brojanica has no place. As a gift for Slava, baptism, Božić or Vaskrs, it is a sign of faith that lasts.
