Mali pravoslavni molitvenik – Little Orthodox Prayer Book (English, Deutsch, Srpski)

Mali pravoslavni molitvenik – Little Orthodox Prayer Book

The prayers with which Orthodox Christians have begun and ended their day for centuries, gathered in one handy book for every day. The Little Orthodox Prayer Book by Svetazvezda brings together the traditional prayers of the Church: from the Creed and the morning and evening prayers to the prayers before Holy Communion.

The burgundy cover with the icon of Isus Hristos in a gold frame is laminated, making it durable for daily use. Inside, the prayers are clearly set, with headings and liturgical directions printed in red, as is customary in the prayer books of the Church. The psalms follow the Septuagint, the text prayed by the Orthodox Church.

The prayer book is available in three languages: English, German and Serbian in Latin script. This allows families in the diaspora to pray together, even if not everyone reads Serbian. With the troparia of the great feasts, the saints of the Krsna Slava and Pomenik pages for the names of the living and the departed, it accompanies you through the whole church year and makes a fitting gift for a baptism or a Slava.
