Svetazvezda Icon Saints Bacchus and Sergius

The icon of Sveti Vah i Sergije depicts the holy martyrs Sergius and Bacchus, two of the most renowned early Christian witnesses of faith. As officers in the Roman Empire, they openly professed Christ and endured persecution and martyrdom rather than denying their faith. To this day, they are revered in the Serbian Orthodox Church as role models of courage, loyalty, and unwavering faith.

This icon is produced in close cooperation with our manufacturer in Čačak, according to Svetazvezda's specifications. It stands for the highest quality and craftsmanship that consciously sets itself apart from ordinary mass-produced goods.

The motif is enhanced by Zlatotisak, an embossed gold print. This creates a special depth and brilliance, which impressively highlights the solemn depiction of the holy martyrs. The black-colored Mediapan board provides stability and gives the icon a high-quality and dignified appearance.

With its format of 33.5 x 23.5 cm, this icon is ideal for a prayer corner at home, as a daily reminder of steadfastness in faith, or as a meaningful gift for family and friends.
