Život Svetog Save (The Life of Saint Sava) – Saint Nikolaj Žički, adapted for children

This children's book tells the life of Saint Sava (Sveti Sava), the first Serbian archbishop and the greatest saint of the Serbian people – from Prince Rastko, who secretly moved to Mount Athos (Sveta Gora), to the founder of the independent Serbian Church. The text was written by Saint Nikolaj Žički (Nikolaj Velimirović) and adapted for children (prilagođeno deci), so that even the youngest can understand and love this story.

The book is published in a large-format hardcover edition and is consistently illustrated with iconographic depictions in the traditional style. The text is printed in Serbian in Cyrillic script.

A valuable gift for Savindan, baptism (krštenje), Slava, or for the start of school – because Saint Sava is the patron saint of students and schools.
