Collection: Saint Sava

Sveti Sava (Saint Sava of Serbia) is the first archbishop and founder of the independent Serbian Orthodox Church and is considered the teacher and enlightener of the Serbian people. As Prince Rastko Nemanjić, he left the royal court, became a monk on Mount Athos, and shaped the faith, education, and culture of the Serbs like no other saint.

Savindan, his feast day on January 27th, is celebrated by many families as a Slava and is also the školska slava – the feast day of all Serbian schools, both at home and in the diaspora. On this day, families honor their patron saint and pass this tradition on from generation to generation.

This collection brings together everything that belongs to the veneration of Sveti Sava – for faith at home, for the Slava, and as a gift for families who celebrate Savindan.
